The role of Customer Service Associate/Loader at Lowe's is a dynamic position pivotal to maintaining the store's operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This position requires availability across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store. Candidates must have the physical ability to perform required tasks, including prolonged standing and lifting weights of at least 25 pounds, sometimes more, with or without assistance. The associate must also be comfortable working with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets, and be able to use computer systems to input, modify or access information relevant to their role. While travel is not a regular requirement, occasional trips for meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores may be necessary.

Starting pay for this role ranges from $17.50 to $19.60 per hour, depending on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience.
