The role offered is a full-time position as a Service Team Member within Green Box Kitchen, starting at $16 per hour plus tips, presenting an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and value teamwork, customer service, and personal growth. Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age and out of high school
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive attitude
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout shift
- Ability to bend, lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to engage in face-to-face interactions with customers and crew
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced kitchen and cafe environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth and deliver unparalleled hospitality that makes every customer feel valued
- Take customer orders through the point-of-sale system with accuracy and ease
- Prepare fresh food and smoothies according to Green Box Kitchen standards
- Assist with food prep, stocking, inventory, and cleaning
- Maintain clean, safe, and inviting cafe spaces including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service in a fast-paced environment
