Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience as cook in a hotel, restaurant, club, or similar institution or culinary advanced education
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic and understand measurements and conversions
- Ability to plan and organize work
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
- Willingness to obtain ServeSafe Certification within 6 months of hire date

Job Duties
- Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
- Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code including federal and state regulations
- Attends and completes in-service training and education sessions as assigned
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
- Follows Marquette policies and procedures
