Invited’s commitment to quality and service has fostered an incredible and inclusive team environment, making it a sought-after employer in the industry.

The role of Cook 1 at Invited is an entry-level position designed for individuals passionate about culinary arts and eager to develop foundational cooking skills within a dynamic kitchen environment. As a Cook 1, you will be responsible for setting up, preparing, and organizing your workstation while performing basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of more experienced team members. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning within a supportive and collaborative kitchen team.

In this position, you will work closely with Cook 2 and Cook 3 colleagues to ensure kitchen operations run efficiently while maintaining Invited’s high standards for food quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of your work area, managing proper food storage, and assisting with food and beverage production. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef, you will play a key role in preparing daily specials, salads, entrees, and other menu items as directed by the chefs. Your duties extend beyond food preparation to include receiving and storing kitchen goods, managing condiments and dressings, and ensuring a positive and professional interaction with members and guests. This role demands a commitment to service excellence, adaptability to changing circumstances, and a proactive approach to contributing to team success.

Invited offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that supports the well-being and growth of its team members. While salary varies based on skills, experience, and location, full-time employees can access benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement savings plans, and generous paid time off. The company values its employees and fosters a culture of professionalism, safety, and continuous learning.
