Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Manage grill and egg cookery during busy service times
  • Execute orders swiftly and accurately, handling 200 plus tickets on weekends
  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to innovate and improve menu offerings
  • Adhere to food safety and allergen protocols for gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan customers
