Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Manage grill and egg cookery during busy service times
- Execute orders swiftly and accurately, handling 200 plus tickets on weekends
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station
- Collaborate with kitchen team to innovate and improve menu offerings
- Adhere to food safety and allergen protocols for gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan customers
