Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Commitment to making an impact
  • Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in hot and damp environments
  • Ability to use protective hand coverings and face masks during shift
  • Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
