- Culinary degree
- experience working in a kitchen environment
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- capability to lift up to 30 pounds
- knowledge of English and local language

- willingness to work flexible shifts including AM and PM
- availability to attend paid kitchen meetings

Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree required

Job Duties
- Work as directed on assigned station under supervision
- set up station properly and on time for each service period
- prepare food by following recipes designated by supervisor
- ensure food quality and quantity meet standards
- timely send food to correct area
- report any problems or complaints to supervisor
- work in other areas and participate in cross-training when directed
- assist in same day prep and advance prep for other stations
- attend kitchen meetings on or off duty (off duty meetings paid)
- follow clean as you go policy
- maintain cleanliness of work area
- check with supervisor before leaving kitchen
- cover, date, label, and initial all food items for storage
- follow food rotation standards
- clean oven tops, work areas, and reach-in boxes after service
- comply with management requests including stooping, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds
- observe breaks and meal periods
- report illness to supervisor
- adhere to production charts
- fill out cleaning charts daily
- enforce accident prevention and safe work conditions
- follow kitchen regulations
- no unauthorized presence after working hours
- punch in and out on time cards
- overtime payable with manager approval
