Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Commitment to unparalleled customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and desire to participate in training and team orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and with distractions
- Patience when interacting with associates and customers
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to perform basic math operations using American money and measurements
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and department manager training
- Must be AST-certified
Job Qualifications

- Basic mathematical skills involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

- Must be AST-certified
Job Duties
- Assist to manage and supervise up to 12 associates in the Starbucks Department
- Order and receive product
- Complete paperwork
- Interview and train associates
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Assist in appraising performance
- Reward and discipline associates
- Address complaints and resolve problems
