Job Requirements

high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one to three years related experience and/or training
ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
commitment to unparalleled customer service
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
willingness to participate in training and team orientation
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations
ability to perform basic mathematical operations
ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
completion of company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and department manager training
AST certification
ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste or smell
ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and 60 pounds occasionally
ability to work in wet, humid conditions and around moving mechanical parts
