Job Duties
- clean all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following company best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored properly
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- effectively use company tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- support the operations team with receiving and processing product, executing stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- act with integrity, honesty and foster teamwork
- exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions
- demonstrate a customer service mindset, resolve issues
- meet or exceed individual goals such as productivity, credit, loyalty
- accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- maintain adherence to company safety policies
- receive and respond to direction from supervisors and management
- other responsibilities as assigned
