Job Description

This job opportunity is with a luxury private household located in Miami, Florida, seeking a full-time Executive Housekeeper to join their dedicated team. The household is an upscale residence where museum-quality standards are maintained, reflecting a commitment to the utmost care and meticulous upkeep. This position offers a comprehensive compensation package including an hourly wage ranging from $38 to $44 per hour, dependent on experience. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with required flexibility to accommodate the dynamic needs of a private residence, including potential work on evenings, weekends, and holidays during periods when the principals or guests are in residence. The role also includes generous benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, three weeks of paid vacation, ten paid holidays, and seven paid sick days annually.

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for full-charge housekeeping and the ongoing daily upkeep of the residence, ensuring the home remains in pristine condition. This involves everything from deep cleaning to maintaining high-level standards throughout the home, including both interior and exterior spaces. The successful candidate will be adept at bed making, linen changes, and laundry care including washing, steaming, ironing, folding, and wardrobe organization. Additionally, the Executive Housekeeper will organize closets, pantries, storage areas, and household systems, maintaining a seamless and organized living environment.

Supporting household inventory management and restocking supplies will also be a key part of this role, alongside assisting with hospitality duties and event preparation when needed. The Executive Housekeeper must be able to perform additional special projects and duties as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude. Candidates should be familiar with household technology and comfortable using smartphones as part of their daily duties.
