This full-time role predominantly follows a Monday through Friday schedule with some flexibility to accommodate the demands of the household. The home itself is maintained to museum-quality standards, emphasizing luxury and meticulous care throughout. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing the full scope of housekeeping duties within the residence, ensuring that every area of the home is impeccably maintained. This includes deep cleaning to preserve the high standards expected in a luxury setting, making beds and changing linens with care, and managing all aspects of laundry including washing, steaming, ironing, folding, and organizing wardrobes. In addition, closet, pantry, and storage organization form a significant part of the role, helping to maintain a flawless and orderly household.
Further responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization not only of the interior but also exterior living spaces. The housekeeper will assist with household inventory, keeping supplies well stocked and supporting hospitality services as needed. Occasional support for event preparation and household projects is also part of the role, along with performing additional duties and special projects when requested by the household principals.
This role requires a highly polished and professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills and a strong capacity for discretion and confidentiality.
