This role is full-time, primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of the household, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when the principals or guests are in residence. The compensation range is competitive, offering between $38 and $44 per hour depending on experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, three weeks of paid vacation, ten paid holidays, and seven paid sick days annually.

The position is for an Executive Housekeeper, a crucial role responsible for the full-charge housekeeping and upkeep of the residence. This includes both routine cleaning and deep cleaning tasks to maintain the home’s impeccable condition. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an advanced understanding of luxury home care and high-end housekeeping standards, with a hands-on approach to managing all aspects of household cleanliness and organization.
