The Guest Services Representative role at High Hotels LTD. offers an exciting opportunity to embody the company’s mission of spreading joy through outstanding hospitality. As a full-time team member, primarily scheduled from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with some flexibility to work 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shifts on various days including weekends and holidays, you will be a vital link between guests and the hotel. Starting at $15.72 per hour with potential for increase based on experience, this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage guest needs efficiently and courteously, and a strong attention to detail. This position involves managing reservations, communicating hotel amenities and local attractions to guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, and handling financial transactions and switchboard operations related to the front desk. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalent preferred
  • customer service experience preferred
  • capable of handling money accurately
  • strong reading, math, and communication skills
  • ability to work weekends and holidays
  • availability to work 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shifts with flexibility to work 7:00 AM-3:00 PM on varying days including weekends and holidays
  • reliable and courteous
