  • At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen with a focus on scratch cooking
  • Solid understanding of culinary techniques and standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with various kitchen equipment and food identification
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Food handlers' certification
