In this pivotal role, the manager will assume complete ownership of the establishment's daily operations. Responsibilities will include ensuring top-notch food quality, seamless bar operations, and an exceptional floor service experience. The role requires managing staff performance, including hiring, training, scheduling, and holding team members accountable to high standards. Inventory management and cost control are also crucial components, as this position will be tasked with overseeing food, liquor, and supply inventories while minimizing waste and controlling pour costs to maximize profitability. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or bar environment

  • Availability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
