Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck and Order Picker
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to safety procedures
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to detect security risks and act accordingly

Job Duties
- Provide SMART customer service through execution of Lowe's policies and programs
- Seek out customers to understand needs and assist with merchandise
- Listen and respond to customer and employee questions
- Demonstrate appreciation to customers
- Communicate information about stock, special orders, and warranties
- Cross-train in other store areas
- Manage calls appropriately
- Review schedules and assign backup coverage
- Collaborate with PRO team for fulfillment
- Pick, stage, and verify readiness of orders
- Follow up on picking quality
- Monitor notifications to maintain service expectations
- Enter and retrieve inventory and order information
- Conduct fulfillment area walks
- Communicate fulfillment area status
- Liaise between Pro and fulfillment departments
- Ensure timely staging of orders
- Pull, prepare, inspect, stage, and load merchandise
- Verify products against invoices
- Perform supplemental fulfillment tasks
- Complete delivery and pickup administrative duties
- Validate merchandise movements
- Ensure safe and compliant load handling
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Detect and report security risks
- Comply with housekeeping standards
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Adhere to safety requirements and operate store equipment
- Obtain certification for store equipment use
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
