This position is a part-time overnight Concierge role with a schedule primarily on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with availability to cover other shifts as needed. The role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $20. The Concierge will be a vital part of delivering an elevated living experience to residents by serving as the welcoming presence of the community, fostering safety, security, and convenience.
In this role, the Concierge will be responsible for greeting residents, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism, managing building access controls, and acting as a trusted point of contact for the community's daily needs. The Concierge must excel in maintaining resident privacy and confidentiality, demonstrating discretion at all times. This role requires a calm, solution-oriented mindset to respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating issues appropriately to ensure swift resolution. Additionally, the Concierge will log daily activities, including package and delivery management, through the BuildingLink system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred
- Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask independently
- Comfort using technology such as email and concierge or property management systems
- Professional judgment, discretion, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors
- Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins
- Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access
