Job Description

Stonebridge is a reputable hospitality group known for its commitment to exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service standards. Operating multiple hotels across various locations, Stonebridge emphasizes a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and professionalism. The company prioritizes employee growth and well-being, offering comprehensive benefits and support to its team members. Each property within Stonebridge's portfolio aims to deliver a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable stay for all guests, leveraging state-of-the-art facilities and a dedicated workforce.

The Guest Service Agent role at Stonebridge’s Aurora, Colorado location is a crucial position responsible for enhancing the guest experience by managing front desk operations efficiently and professionally. This is a full-time, hourly position with a pay rate starting at $19.50 per hour. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, the Guest Service Agent plays a vital role in ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accurate guest records, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves being the first and last point of contact for guests, which requires outstanding communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

In this role, the Guest Service Agent is tasked with greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests promptly upon arrival to provide a seamless introduction to their stay. The agent verifies guest credit and established payment methods to facilitate smooth transactions. The position involves keeping meticulous records of room availability and guest accounts using property management systems, highlighting the importance of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additionally, the Guest Service Agent handles billing, collects payments, and balances cash accounts as part of basic bookkeeping duties. The role includes issuing room keys, coordinating with bell attendants, and reviewing accounts during the check-out process to ensure an efficient and error-free experience. Agents also post charges related to rooms, food, beverages, and other services, further demonstrating their role in maintaining accurate financial records on behalf of the hotel.

The role extends beyond administrative tasks to include active guest engagement—transmitting and receiving messages, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance when issues arise, and making or confirming reservations. The Guest Service Agent serves as a resource for guests seeking information about hotel amenities and local dining, shopping, and entertainment options, thereby embodying the hospitality spirit that Stonebridge champions.

This position requires flexibility, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, and demands physical stamina, such as prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting of items up to 10 pounds. Stonebridge fosters an inclusive work environment and provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities, emphasizing equal opportunity employment practices.

Joining Stonebridge as a Guest Service Agent offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in guest services while enjoying comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities. The successful candidate will benefit from Stonebridge’s supportive work culture and have access to competitive pay, wellness programs, and various employee perks designed to enhance both professional and personal well-being.
