Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior food service experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various departmental needs

Job Duties

  • Preparing, serving and distributing food in various areas such as tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and serving areas
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to patient and staff inquiries
  • Adhering to food safety and health regulations
  • Supporting team operations by performing additional duties as assigned by management
  • Ensuring timely and efficient meal delivery within the healthcare setting
