Job Requirements

  • Must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills
  • Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time onsite
  • Willingness to work in a healthcare environment
  • Able to handle physical demands of food service work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior food service experience preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate service

Job Duties

  • Preparing food for service
  • Serving and distributing food to patients and staff
  • Working across multiple departments including tray line, dish room, cafeteria, and storeroom
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in food service areas
  • Following food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Assisting with inventory and restocking supplies
  • Adapting to additional duties as assigned by management
