Job Duties
- Preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps
- juicing ingredients for customer beverages
- following all food safety and sanitation procedures
- filling in other areas such as stocking, cashiering, or other food production areas during down times
- using rotisserie oven to cook up to 3 times per day
- utilizing a broaster to cook chicken tenders, chicken wings, fish, and potato wedges as needed
- taking temperatures of cooked foods and cold foods
- changing oil in broasters
