The Full Time Floater Parking Attendant role at ABM is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment where professional guest services are paramount. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of 20.00 dollars, with two full-time roles available. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, with the potential to adjust to 7:30 am to 6:00 pm as needed, offering a consistent 10-hour shift. This job is ideal for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience, as ABM values strong customer service skills over extensive prior experience.

In this role, the Parking Attendant is responsible for coordinating safe and efficient traffic flow, interacting courteously and compassionately with guests, and assisting with loading and unloading vehicles. The position requires operating, parking, and retrieving all vehicles safely, adhering to traffic laws and facility policies. Attendants will also manage valet procedures, collect and secure guest keys, handle payments accurately, and maintain an orderly work environment even in challenging outdoor weather conditions. This role demands strong communication skills to clearly direct guests and respond to inquiries from both customers and team members.

The position emphasizes teamwork and adaptability, requiring attendants to predict and communicate traffic peaks, identify when additional support is needed, and ensure accurate financial reconciliations such as tipping pools and daily revenue reporting. The ability to operate vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions is crucial.
