We are currently seeking a dedicated Culinary Team Member to join our fast-paced kitchen operations. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 and requires an individual who is passionate about food preparation and enjoys working in a collaborative catering environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in preparing food items according to specific event menus and recipes while adhering to strict event timelines. This role involves close coordination with event staff, ensuring all food items are properly loaded, transported, and served at various event locations to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

In this role, you will be expected to contribute your culinary skills and kitchen experience, ideally with at least two years in a similar position, specifically within a catering environment. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations relating to food preparation is essential. The ability to work effectively in a team while maintaining a positive attitude and upholding Martha's Catering's guidelines and procedures is critical for success. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and adapt to flexible schedules, including day and night shifts.
