Complementary care at The Wellness Way Green Bay
Job Description
The Wellness Way is a rapidly expanding health restoration company dedicated to transforming the conventional approach to healthcare. Known for its commitment to improving wellness through innovative methods, the company offers a unique environment where health and professional growth intersect. With a focus on delivering impactful experiences, The Wellness Way organizes a variety of events, ranging from large-scale national seminars with hundreds of attendees to specialized training sessions and destination events. The company prides itself on maintaining professionalism, energy, and a mission-driven culture in every event it hosts, ensuring that all participants receive valuable and meaningful interactions.
The Wellness Way is currently seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to join their in-office team. This role is critical to the successful planning and execution of all company events, requiring someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability and attention to detail are paramount. The Event Coordinator will work closely with company leadership, turning high-level event visions into reality by managing logistics, solving real-time problems, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. With a salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 annually, this position also includes comprehensive benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, dental and vision plans, and several other insurance coverages, along with complementary care at The Wellness Way Green Bay.
The role demands a proactive individual capable of managing venues, vendors, timelines, and communication to ensure seamless event operations. Responsibilities include organizing The Wellness Way's signature annual seminar, large destination events like golf trips, specialized workshops, leadership meetings, and events tailored for chiropractic students. The Event Coordinator will anticipate challenges, respond effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the event lifecycle. This position requires not only excellent organizational and communication skills but also the ability to work independently and think critically under pressure. The role offers the opportunity to travel for off-site events and occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed, making it suitable for someone with experience in corporate events, hospitality, operations, project management, or event coordination looking to contribute to a mission-driven company dedicated to making a nationwide impact.
