This position is a key frontline management role responsible for leading and mentoring associates to ensure the seamless execution of register transactions and excellent customer service. With a focus on driving team and individual results, the Frontline Leader at HomeGoods is tasked with training and mentoring associates on customer service excellence, cashier performance, and operational standards. The role requires flexibility to work in multiple areas of the store as needed, ensuring optimized frontline coverage and maintaining merchandising and organizational standards within the queue-line. Additionally, the position involves handling cash controls, labor law compliance, safety vigilance, and loss prevention efforts.
