Located in Seattle, Washington, the Renton venue of Topgolf offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where team members play crucial roles in maintaining the high standards that the company is known for. This particular position is for a Dishwasher within the Venue Operations team. The Dishwasher plays an essential role in the smooth functioning of the culinary and venue operations by ensuring that all kitchenware, including dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, are thoroughly cleaned and properly stored. This role requires a proactive approach to cleanliness and sanitation, adherence to food safety guidelines, and the ability to support the kitchen staff in maintaining an organized and hygienic workspace.
The Dishwasher will be responsible for not only cleaning but also maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment by sweeping and mopping floors, sorting and removing trash, and assisting with unloading and storing deliveries. This position demands physical stamina to manage the rigorous tasks of standing for extended periods and handling heavy trays or dish racks. Attention to detail is critical, along with the ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced setting. Teamwork and communication skills are fundamental as the Dishwasher collaborates with culinary staff and supervisors to ensure all kitchen operations meet Topgolf’s high standards.

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
- sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines
- assist with unloading and storing deliveries
- perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor
