Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in managing and supervising up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department
- perform duties of baker, fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerks, and chef as needed
- interview and train associates
- plan, assign, and direct work within the department
- assist in appraising associate performance
- reward and discipline associates according to company policies
- address complaints and resolve problems effectively
- participate in department and company training programs
