Additionally, the manager is expected to possess strong math skills relevant to retail operations and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
Physically, the job is demanding, requiring the ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear regularly. The position may also require lifting up to 75 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Associates working in this department are often exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
