The role demands essential skills in mathematics, reasoning, and English language competency to communicate clearly both written and verbally. Additionally, the manager must complete company-specific training, including new hire orientation, customer service, safety protocols, food safety, and department management. As the job involves physical tasks, candidates should be able to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 75 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds. The work environment includes exposure to wet conditions, moving machinery, and occasional exposure to fumes or extreme cold. The noise level is typically moderate.
