Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be physically capable of performing duties including standing for entire shifts
- Must be dependable
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday
- Must be able to use company-provided vehicles and equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Experience with floor care and carpet cleaning is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Job Duties
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, empty trash cans
- Clean and maintain entrances, lobbies, offices, conference rooms, lounges, restrooms, stairwells, hallways, and assigned areas
- Use company-provided vehicles, equipment, and cleaning products
- Work independently or as part of a team to ensure cleaning standards are met
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues encountered during cleaning
- Assist with floor and carpet cleaning as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
