Job Requirements

- Previous retail experience
- Ability to manage and supervise a team

Job Duties
- Overseeing daily functions of the Cash Office such as register and cash balancing, change orders, authorizing voided transactions, supplies, over/short research
- Supervising associates to help support a sales driving culture while focusing on creating a consistent customer experience
- Engaging and connecting with customers to solve their shopping needs, making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded
- Overseeing Omni and Freight flow processes
- Informing customers of current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events
- Delivering a consistent sales floor experience by supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and operational processes
- Building customer connections and executing an authentic hospitality experience
- Helping customers save with a Kohl's Card, opening and activating Kohl's Card applications
- Observing associate performance and providing feedback in partnership with Assistant Manager/Store Manager
- Onboarding, training and developing associates
