Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or customer service
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Overseeing daily functions of the cash office including register and cash balancing, change orders, authorizing voided transactions, supplies, over/short research
- supervising associates to help support a sales driving culture while focusing on creating a consistent customer experience
- engaging and connecting with customers to solve their shopping needs, making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded
- overseeing Omni and freight flow processes
- informing customers of current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events
- delivering a consistent sales floor experience by supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and operational processes
- building customer connections and executing an authentic hospitality experience
- helping customers save with a Kohl’s Card, opening and activating Kohl’s Card applications
- observing associate performance and providing feedback in partnership with assistant manager/store manager
- onboarding, training and developing associates
