This full-time position is centered around delivering outstanding customer service by taking excellent care of our customers. The primary responsibility of this role is to satisfy each customer's needs and exceed their expectations, making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience. This involves accurately and efficiently operating the cash register, providing various services at the customer service counter, and maintaining security and control of all funds in the cash register. The role also requires flexibility as the associate may be called upon to perform duties of floor monitor, cashier, and bagger when needed. The position emphasizes a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work harmoniously with team members to boost customer satisfaction and sales.

Associates in this role must complete company-required training, including new hire orientation, customer service training, safety protocols, and technical skills related to customer service and floor monitoring. This ensures that every associate is well-equipped to handle the daily challenges of retail operations while maintaining a high standard of service. Physical demands of the job include regular standing, walking, handling items, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 40 pounds, as well as reaching and moving within the store. The work environment might occasionally expose associates to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and temperature extremes, requiring adaptability and attention to safety.

The position offers a competitive pay range between $16.40 and $22.50 per hour depending on the applicant's experience and skills.
