It has earned accolades as one of the World’s Best Workplaces, consistently featured on lists by Great Place to Work and Fortune. Hilton's commitment to excellent service, innovation in travel, and creating a supportive work environment makes it a top choice for professionals who want to thrive in the hospitality industry.

As a Culinary Cook at Hilton, you will play a crucial role in crafting memorable dining experiences for our guests by preparing high-quality food items according to Hilton’s renowned quality and presentation standards. Beyond just cooking, this role embodies the spirit of hospitality, spreading warmth and light to every guest encounter. You will engage in advanced cooking techniques such as sauces, roasting, grilling, and plating, often managing your own station independently. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness protocols to maintain the well-being of guests and team members.

This role requires a passion for hospitality combined with integrity, leadership, teamwork, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. At Hilton, culinary cooks are encouraged to act with urgency and discipline to deliver exceptional service in every moment. The position offers a dynamic work environment where you will manage multiple orders simultaneously, assist with training efforts, and sometimes take on minor supervisory duties.

Hilton supports its culinary team with comprehensive benefits including extraordinary travel perks like deeply discounted hotel stays through the Go Hilton travel program, opportunities to invest in Hilton’s future through an employee stock purchase plan at a discount, and paid parental leave to support family life. Team members also gain access to personalized caregiving support, crisis assistance, mental health resources via an Employee Assistance Program, generous paid time off, and a variety of health and welfare plans that ensure you and your family stay covered.

Joining Hilton means becoming part of an award-winning workplace culture that values each team member’s contribution and fosters professional growth. Whether you are at the start of your career or looking for new opportunities, Hilton provides the tools, training, and support necessary to help you succeed and make every stay magical for guests worldwide.
