Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- minimum of 5 years experience in a culinary role with a focus on grill, flat tops, sautee
- ability to follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation
- basic math skills for portion control and recipe adjustments
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, AM and PM
- ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Food Handlers Certification and ServeSafe Certified
- clear communication and quick decision-making skills
- ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
