Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years experience in a culinary role with a focus on grill, flat tops, sautee
  • ability to follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation
  • basic math skills for portion control and recipe adjustments
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, AM and PM
  • ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Food Handlers Certification and ServeSafe Certified
  • clear communication and quick decision-making skills
  • ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
