Job Description

Job Requirements
- Previous experience (minimum of 5 years) in a culinary role with a focus on grill, flat tops, sautee
- Ability to follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation
- Basic math skills for portion control and recipe adjustments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays and AM and PM
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Food Handlers Certification (must comply with State requirements) and ServeSafe Certified
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations
