This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of food preparation and service that Schulte Hospitality Group is known for. As a Cook, the individual will be responsible for preparing meals according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets while ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas. The role requires adherence to sanitation and safety regulations, proper handling and storage of food items, rotation of inventory, and assisting management in creating specials and varying menu items.

Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Basic understanding or ability to learn sanitation and workplace safety regulations
