Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Fluency in English required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable and professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Word and Excel preferred
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Conflict management experience beneficial
  • Demonstrated professionalism and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Job Duties

  • Command the front desk to connect with guests and residents
  • Schedule amenity spaces efficiently
  • Manage incoming deliveries and coordinate logistics
  • Monitor and enforce building security and safety measures
  • Maintain communication between residents, guests, and management
  • Document shift details diligently through logs and reports
  • Respond promptly to resident and guest requests and emails
