Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Fluency in English required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Word and Excel preferred
- Strong communication and project management skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Duties
- Command the front desk to connect with guests and residents
- Schedule amenity spaces efficiently
- Manage incoming deliveries and coordinate logistics
- Monitor and enforce building security and safety measures
- Maintain communication between residents, guests, and management
- Document shift details diligently through logs and reports
- Respond promptly to resident and guest requests and emails
