We are currently seeking a full-time Concierge and Security Associate to contribute to the upscale experience at Madison's premier downtown luxury high-rise development. This position offers an attractive pay of $26 per hour and the benefit of free onsite underground parking for all staff. This role is ideal for mature professionals who possess a comprehensive understanding of the vibrant downtown lifestyle and bring expertise in hospitality and security operations. As a Concierge and Security Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for our residents and guests, delivering personalized assistance and maintaining a courteous, discreet, and attentive presence at all times. Your responsibilities will range from responding professionally to inquiries and offering tailored local recommendations to managing administrative tasks and supporting leasing efforts. This position demands a proactive, service-oriented individual passionate about creating a welcoming and secure environment that enhances residents' daily lives.

In this role, you will blend the art of hospitality with the rigor of security, using your deep knowledge of downtown Madison's dining, entertainment, transportation, and recreational opportunities to assist tenants and guests effectively. You will handle guest requests including restaurant bookings and gift deliveries, manage mail and package operations, and provide information regarding leasing options and building amenities.
