Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- reliable transportation to job location
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- dependable and punctual
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to follow safety protocols and cleaning standards
Job Qualifications
- experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- good attention to detail
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- bilingual skills in Spanish and English considered a plus
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- collecting and removing trash
- cleaning entrances, corridors, offices, restrooms, outside terraces, break areas
- cleaning surfaces such as desks, tables, and countertops
- vacuuming carpeted areas
- mopping floors, including restrooms and other hard surfaces
- emptying waste bins
- keeping track of cleaning supplies and restocking as needed
