Job Description

Tenfold Senior Living is a distinguished senior care community that prides itself on providing compassionate, personalized care to its residents. Renowned for creating an environment where seniors are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion, Tenfold Senior Living offers a supportive and connected community where staff and residents alike feel valued and respected. This establishment is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults by promoting independence, engagement, and well-being in a safe and nurturing setting. As a forward-thinking senior living community, Tenfold not only focuses on the health and comfort of its residents but also on the professional growth and fulfillment of its employees. Its commitment to core values such as curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution guides every aspect of care and service offered.

The role at Tenfold Senior Living is tailored for compassionate individuals who are eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors through hands-on, personalized care. The position involves delivering individualized resident care, which mandates a deep understanding of each resident's unique needs, preferences, and medical requirements. This job requires assisting seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support including escorting and transferring residents safely. Additionally, the role includes support with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for all residents. An important aspect of this position is the use of electronic health records (eHR) to accurately document and track resident care, ensuring compliance with each resident's care plan and regulatory standards.

The caregiver will be responsible for observing residents closely, identifying any changes in their condition, and promptly reporting these to the Resident Services Director to ensure timely interventions. Tenfold Senior Living provides a structured work schedule, specifically from Sunday to Thursday, 2 pm to 10 pm, creating predictability for team members. This position is ideal for those passionate about serving seniors and thriving in a team-oriented environment. Employees benefit from a comprehensive range of medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning just after 30 days of employment, along with additional benefits like 401k matching, life and disability insurance, and professional development opportunities. Tenfold Senior Living values diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a welcoming workplace culture where all team members feel empowered and appreciated. This role represents a fulfilling career opportunity for compassionate professionals dedicated to making a positive impact every day in a supportive, safe, and enriching senior living community.
