The Campus Coordinator role at St. Louis School of Phlebotomy is a pivotal administrative and management position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continued success of the school’s campus. This role involves managing daily campus operations, maintaining high standards in laboratory and facility settings, overseeing instructor and class schedules, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations. The ideal candidate is expected to lead with integrity, calmness, and a positive attitude while fostering teamwork, supporting instructor growth, and ensuring student progress and success. Working onsite at 1300 Hampton Ave., Suite 202, the position offers a competitive salary range between $48,000 and $53,000 annually, with a workweek scheduled Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of experience in medical assisting, EMT, RN, or a similar clinical field
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in medical assisting, EMT, RN, or a similar clinical field
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role preferred
- Experience in office administration preferred
- Experience in teaching or training preferred
