Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly
- Good vision including close, color, and depth perception
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
- Availability to work full-time hours
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training preferred
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to apply basic math skills
- Customer service experience advantageous
- Completion of company training programs
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by meeting and exceeding their needs
- Prepare, process, package, and stock fresh food products according to standards
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Unload and stock inventory and manage salvage products
- Operate food preparation equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory, pricing, and merchandising displays
