Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Willingness to complete required training programs
Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Reliable and punctual with good attendance
Strong customer service orientation
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and perform multiple tasks
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Competency in handling food products safely and hygienically

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence
Basic math skills including addition and subtraction with money and weight measures
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
Completion of company training including food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge

Job Duties

Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
Prepare, process, package, and stock fresh food products according to standards
Provide exceptional customer service through proactive engagement and follow-through
Bake, fry, broil, or roast meats and prepare bakery items following recipes and quality guidelines
Maintain clean and sanitary work areas complying with health and safety regulations
Stock and organize shelves, monitor merchandising displays, and manage product rotation and pricing
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
