Job Duties
- Support servers and bartenders by clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables promptly
- Ensure dining areas, service stations, and patio spaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Refill water, assist with food running, and respond to guest needs as directed
- Maintain cleanliness of glassware, flatware, and service equipment
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth service flow
