The role offers a guaranteed starting wage of $20 per hour plus weekly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $1,500 or more weekly, translating to an average earning of $25 to $35 per hour or higher. After eight weeks of successful performance, Brand Ambassadors become eligible for a full-time position with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off, and more. The company provides paid training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed and reimburses your travel-related toll expenses.
You will be responsible for representing Marvin at various locations, including Avon, Boston Heights, Mayfield Heights, North Canton, and Strongsville, maintaining professional and eye-catching displays, and converting shopper interest into set appointments for in-home consultations. This position requires genuine enthusiasm for customer engagement, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation to different event locations, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability to work 40 hours per week including weekends
- Reliable transportation to travel to retail locations
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
