Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability to work 40 hours per week including weekends
- Reliable transportation to travel to retail locations
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse customers
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Basic understanding of residential window and door products is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with technology for scheduling and lead tracking
Job Duties
- Represent Marvin at retail stores trade shows and local events
- Engage with shoppers and spark interest in our premium window and door solutions
- Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments
- Set up and maintain professional eye-catching displays
- Cover retail locations including Avon Boston Heights Mayfield Heights North Canton and Strongsville
- Follow up with potential customers to encourage consultation bookings
- Maintain knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with shoppers
