Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to walk and or stand for entire work shift
- will work evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to lean bend stoop crouch and reach above shoulders and below knees
- ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs occasional lifting up to 32 lbs rarely 50 lbs
- fine motor coordination depth perception and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- 90 percent of work tasks require prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogen exposure
- minimum 1 year experience in customer or patient facing role

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- report to center management team identifying operational opportunities for improvements
- initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures
