We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Full-Time Bartender to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $16.90 per hour plus tips, and is based in our beautiful Oceanside location. The role is non-exempt and complies with California's labor laws, including eligibility for overtime pay. This bartender position is essential in enhancing the guest experience by expertly preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, building rapport with our diverse membership and guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Ensuring responsible alcohol service is a key part of the position, requiring vigilance and professionalism in monitoring guest consumption. Additional responsibilities include handling cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system, assisting with bar inventory control, and restocking supplies as needed.

Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of two years of bartending experience, coupled with a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to thrive in our fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
