Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum six months bartending experience
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS Certified
- Ability to lift items weighing 20-100 lbs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend and kneel to access lower level cabinets and lift trays
- Ability to maneuver in narrow areas between guests
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to follow company policies and state liquor laws
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS Certified
- Minimum six months bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with customer service problems
- Ability to accurately count cash and operate cash register
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Highly organized with attention to detail in busy, noisy environments
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls
- Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Know and comply with state liquor laws
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
